When placing an order with Cream Dream Cakes all orders are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Products

All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or higher value. We will make every effort to contact you prior to any substitution; however, due to the time-sensitive nature of deliveries, we may not always be able to do so.

As all our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in appearance and finish.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and cash in GBP (£) only. All orders will undergo card authorisation before dispatch, so it is essential that you provide accurate payment details, including the cardholder’s billing address, to validate your order. Providing incorrect information may result in a delay in processing.

Delivery

We offer delivery across the UK. For orders totalling £50 or more, delivery is free of charge. For orders under £50, a delivery fee of £6 will apply. Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate to avoid any delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations or Postponements

If you need to cancel your order more than 14 days before the dispatch of your cake, we will provide a full refund, excluding any deposits paid. However, cancellations made within 14 days of dispatch are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns about our products or service, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email through our contact page or give us a call. Should there be an issue with any product you’ve received, we kindly ask that you take a photograph of the item immediately and reach out to us. A photo is essential to help us understand how the issue occurred and determine responsibility. Without this, we cannot fully assess the problem, and we may not be able to accept liability.
